MGLine Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MGLine platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all sections of the platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Fishing Games and Esports.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the MGLine Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

If you are accessing MGLine on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and you accept personal liability for ensuring that person complies with all rules set out here. In practice, accounts are individual — sharing access with another person is not permitted under these terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to MGLine and all its services is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. This requirement is non-negotiable. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are the individual whose details you provide during registration.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, a person under the age of 18.
• You are participating voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only.
• The funds you deposit are your own and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

MGLine reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. If documentation is requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, access to the account may be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on MGLine. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and may result in all linked accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. MGLine will not be held responsible for delays, failed transactions or other issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account registration requirements:

• Valid mobile number for account identification and verification.
• A strong password that you do not share with any other person.
• Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

MGLine accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, rent or transfer your account to any other person. Doing so will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held within it.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on MGLine are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, credited promptly to your MGLine balance.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, widely supported across Pakistan.
• Raast — interbank instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from a Pakistani bank account.

Deposits are credited to your MGLine balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. MGLine is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, network issues or banking system downtime.

Funds deposited on MGLine are intended for gaming and betting purposes only. MGLine reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or deposits that appear inconsistent with normal player behaviour. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name may be subject to additional verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed within the deposit section of your account. These amounts may be adjusted by MGLine at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The player's account must be fully verified, including age verification if requested.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance must be completed prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the withdrawal section.
• The account must be in good standing with no active investigations or holds.

MGLine aims to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Actual processing times depend on the payment channel selected and may be affected by banking system operating hours. Players will be notified of the status of their withdrawal request within the account area.

MGLine reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds. If documentation is requested, the player must respond within the timeframe specified or the withdrawal may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

MGLine may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotions and other incentives to registered players. Each bonus or promotion will have its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules that apply across all MGLine promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are not redeemable for cash and may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including through matched betting, arbitrage or the use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• MGLine reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Bets placed on MGLine are subject to the specific rules of each game and sport. For Sports Betting, the rules applicable to each market are displayed within the relevant section of the sportsbook. For Casino, Slots and other game categories, the rules and return-to-player information are accessible within the individual game interface.

General betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is placed.
• For live in-play betting, including Cricket, PSL, T20 and Esports markets, bets are subject to a brief delay before acceptance to prevent abuse of latent information.
• MGLine reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors, technical faults or irregularities in the market data feed that resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market and player account status.
• Accumulator bets are permitted on supported markets. Each leg must settle before the accumulator payout is calculated and credited.

For Casino and Slots games, all results are determined by certified random number generation systems. MGLine does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player percentages are set by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel.

8. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use MGLine in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, scripts, bots or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or delays in odds feeds for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to guarantee profit through bonus abuse.
• Using funds of illegal origin to deposit on the platform.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing MGLine staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

MGLine monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are identified, the platform reserves the right to take action including voiding bets, suspending accounts and withholding funds pending investigation.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MGLine account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. MGLine will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MGLine immediately by contacting support. We recommend the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not access your MGLine account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Do not share your account credentials with friends, family or anyone else.

MGLine will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication. If you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

MGLine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or disputed transactions.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the request of the player for personal reasons, including self-exclusion, the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method after verification.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting MGLine support. Closure requests will be processed promptly. 11. Limitation of Liability

MGLine provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, MGLine does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted, MGLine shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits or deposits resulting from technical faults, server downtime or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank systems.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Players use the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that betting and gaming involves the risk of financial loss.

12. Privacy

MGLine collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, payment processing, identity verification and platform operation. The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the MGLine Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is used solely for the purpose of operating your MGLine account and providing platform services.
• Payment information is processed securely via integrated payment providers and is not stored on MGLine servers beyond what is necessary for transaction records.
• MGLine does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Responsible Gaming

MGLine is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to participate in gaming and sports betting for enjoyment. The platform takes its responsibility to players seriously and provides tools and guidance to support healthy gaming habits.

Key responsible gaming commitments:

• The platform is accessible to adults aged 18 and above only. Age verification is enforced at registration and may be requested at any subsequent point.
• Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and session budgets before opening the Game Lobby and to treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• If gaming begins to affect your finances, daily routine or relationships, it is important to take a break. MGLine supports player-initiated account closures and cooling-off periods on request.
• Never chase losses. A losing session is a normal part of gaming; increasing stakes or deposit amounts in an attempt to recover losses tends to make the situation worse, not better.

14. Changes to These Terms

MGLine reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered players via the platform or by email to the address associated with the account.

Continued use of the MGLine platform after updated Terms and Conditions have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms and Conditions were last updated. Historical versions are not maintained publicly but may be available on request.
